• ETL & Data integration: Built ETL processes and Python automation scripts to extract, transform, and load data across systems, enabling reporting and third-party integrations via REST APIs.
• AI-powered ERP assistant: Implemented an AI layer for the ERP including a RAG knowledge base for ERP manuals, semantic search over embedded document chunks, a centralized OpenAI integration layer, in-memory cached AI configuration, and a Text-to-SQL service.
• Audit logging & recovery: Built a trigger-based audit trail for SQL Server ERP tables that logs all updates and deletions into dedicated logging databases (with automatic rollover to additional log DBs when full), and developed a restore utility to recover deleted records from the audit logs.
• Forecasting & analytics: Designed a forecasting system to support material requirement planning (MRP).
• Data sync & API staging: Implemented an automated ETL pipeline to synchronize data between two ERP databases (incremental extraction, transformation and scheduled loading) and designed a metadata-driven JSON staging and diff engine in SQL Server that validates API payloads, auto-maps fields into entity-specific staging tables, computes field-level diffs with rules, and applies atomic upserts from staging to production tables.

• C# Windows Forms: Built a Windows Forms application in C# to manage a web dashboard.
• Industry 4.0: Contributed to document digitalization for Industry 4.0 processes.
